春节文化看阆中｜春节申遗成功，发源地在四川！

北京时间12月4日，我国申报的“春节——中国人庆祝传统新年的社会实践”在巴拉圭亚松森举行的联合国教科文组织保护非物质文化遗产政府间委员会第19届常会上通过评审，列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on Wednesday inscribed Spring Festival, social practices of the Chinese people in celebration of the traditional new year, on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The decision was made during the 19th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, taking place in Paraguay from Dec 2 to 7.

至此，中国共有44个项目列入联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产名录、名册，总数居世界第一。

With this addition, China now has 44 cultural elements or practices recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

春节是内涵最为深厚、内容最为丰富、参与人数最多、影响最为广泛的中国传统节日。每逢春节前后，全世界华人都会围绕着辞旧迎新、祈福纳祥、团圆和谐的主题欢庆这一佳节。数千年来，春节不断维系和强化着个人、家庭和国家的情感纽带，对中华文明的绵延赓续发挥了重要作用。随着海外传播范围的日趋扩大，春节已成为世界普遍接受、认同和欣赏的中华文化符号。

According to UNESCO's documentation, the traditional knowledge and customs associated with the Spring Festival are passed down informally within families and communities, as well as formally through the education system. Craftsmanship and artistic skills related to the festival are transmitted through apprenticeships, promoting family values, social cohesion, and peace, while providing a sense of cultural identity.

The committee also emphasized that the festival embodies the harmony between humans and nature and contributes to sustainable development in areas such as food security and education. It also plays a key role in raising environmental awareness.

提及春节，不得不提四川的阆中市。春节之根何在？阆中何以被誉为春节的发祥地？

When it comes to Spring Festival, we have to mention Sichuan’s Langzhong City, known as the birthplace of the Spring Festival?

西汉时期，阆中籍天文学家落下闳研究制定出《太初历》，首次恒定“以孟春正月为一元之始（即春节）”的历法体系，由此开启了华夏文明——“春节”的历程。《太初历》不仅是中国第一部较为完备的历法，更是当时世界上最先进的历法，为中国天文学发展奠定了坚实的基石。

Luoxia Hong, an astronomer in Langzhong in the Western Han Dynasty developed the “Tai Chou Calendar”, which established the calendar system with the Spring Festival as the beginning of a year. The “Tai Chu Calendar” was not only the first complete calendar in China, but also the most advanced calendar in the world at that time, laying a solid foundation for the development of Chinese astronomy.

2004年9月16日，中国科学院国家天文台将一颗国际永久编号为16757的小行星命名为“落下闳星”。2009年，阆中被中国民间文艺家协会授予“中国春节文化之乡”的美誉。在民间，落下闳被尊为“春节老人”“春节先圣”。

On September 16, 2004, the National Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) named an asteroid with the international permanent number 16757 as the “Star of Luoxia Hong”. 2009, Langzhong was awarded the reputation of “Hometown of Chinese Spring Festival Culture” by Chinese Folk Literature and Artists Association.

作为春节文化的发源地，阆中或许是全中国年味儿最浓的地方。在阆中，春节开始于腊月初八，直到二月初二才告一段落。阆中春节规模宏大、热闹非凡，被当地人誉为“百节之首”。节日期间，保留了明清时期建筑格局的阆中古城区被装点得喜气洋洋，人们自发开展祈福、体育游艺、民俗文艺表演等活动，还有阆中地区独特的民俗，如打巴象鼓、发天烛、送蚕丝等。

In Langzhong, the Spring Festival begins on the eighth day of the Lunar New Year and does not end until the second day of February. The Spring Festival in Langzhong is a grand and lively event. During the festival, the ancient city of Langzhong is decorated, joyful people spontaneously carry out activities such as praying for blessings, sports parades, folklore performances, as well as the unique folklore of the Langzhong.

“春节——中国人庆祝传统新年的社会实践”为中国人共享，在全国各地广泛实践，寄托了中国人的人伦情感、家国情怀，体现了人与自然和谐共生、人与人和睦相处的价值理念，在促进家庭和睦、社会和谐、经济发展、环境保护等方面发挥着重要作用。该遗产项目列入人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录，对增进海内外中华儿女的文化认同、践行全球文明倡议、推动构建人类命运共同体具有重要意义。

Spring Festival is China's most important traditional holiday, symbolizing the Chinese people's hopes for a better life, strong ties to family and country, and the values of harmony between humans and nature.

It has played a significant role in promoting family and social harmony, driving economic development, protecting the environment, and fostering global cultural exchange.The inclusion of the Spring Festival on the UNESCO list will help promote universal values of peace and harmony and highlight the important role of intangible cultural heritage in sustainable development.
